Pina Colada Cake
This cake is an ode to holidays! It is a reminder of beaches, swimming in the sea, sun loungers and sun cream. 
 
Super soft pineapple and coconut sponge. Dark rum and roasted pineapple compote filling and a citrus buttercream topping.
 
Decoration
Pineapple flower and petal decoration included. Add flowers in the dropdown menu.

Delivery
Delivery costs £2.50 and is available for postcodes BT1-15 BT26-28 BT64-67
Delivery days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. You can choose from 9-11am and 4-6pm slots.
Collection is free from Blackstaff Mill, Belfast and is at 1pm Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Size Guide
This cake comes in two sizes, 6" 2 layer (6-8 servings) and an 8" 2 layer (8-12 servings).
