Rhubarb & Ginger Cake

My favourite buttermilk sponge flecked with pieces stem ginger. Filled with pink forced rhubarb compote and sandwiched with ginger cream cheese frosting. It’s a classic flavour combo and makes a fab spring birthday cake for someone that likes that sweet and sour tang.

Topped with petals and freeze fried strawberry powder. Add flowers in the dropdown menu for extra colour.

Delivery costs £2.50 and is available for postcodes BT1-15 BT26-28 BT64-67

Delivery days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. You can choose from 9-11am and 4-6pm slots.

Collection is free from Blackstaff Mill, Belfast and is at 1pm Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Size Guide

This cake comes in two sizes, 6" 2 layer (6-8 servings) and an 8" 2 layer (8-12 servings). 


If you would like a larger, fully covered cake, please email grainandcobakes@gmail.com and I will set up a bespoke order for you.
